Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement aims to regulate matters related to the terms and procedures for using the internet services provided by Z-Perspective Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Agreement)
1.
The agreement becomes effective by being announced online to the members.
2. The Company may amend the agreement in case of changes in circumstances or important reasons, and the amended agreement shall take effect seven days after being announced to all members who joined before the amendment.

Article 3 (Handling of Matters Outside the Agreement)
If matters not specified in this agreement are governed by relevant laws and regulations, those regulations shall prevail.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)
1. Membership registration is established by the Company’s acceptance of the applicant’s membership application and the user’s agreement to the terms of the agreement.
2. The Company shall not accept membership applications in the following cases:
① When applying using another person’s name
② When providing false information or omitting information on the membership application form, or when submitting false documents
③ When applying for purposes against public order or good morals
④ When it is difficult to approve the application due to the customer’s fault

Article 5 (Company’s Obligations)
1. Unless there are special circumstances, the Company shall enable members to use the service on the service start date applied for by the member.
2. The Company shall have the obligation to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. (However, in cases where the Company cannot provide the service due to force majeure, emergencies, or circumstances equivalent thereto, the Company shall be exempted from the responsibility for providing the service. )
3. The Company shall not disclose or distribute a member’s personal information to third parties without the member’s consent. However, the Company may share customer’s personal information with business partners for better service provision (except when requested by relevant government agencies or other governmental requests under telecommunications-related laws and regulations).
4. If opinions or complaints raised by members are deemed reasonable, the Company will take immediate action (unless immediate action is not possible, in which case the reason and processing schedule will be notified to the member via wired or wireless communication).
5. Disclaimer Clause for Website Use:
① The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by the member’s fault.
② The Company shall be exempted from liability for failure to provide services due to reasons specified in the agreement.
③ The Company does not guarantee the reliability, accuracy, etc., of information, data, and facts posted by members on the service.

Article 6 (Member’s Obligations)
1. All responsibilities arising from careless management of the member’s ID and password shall be borne by the member.
2. If a member becomes aware that their ID has been used improperly, they must notify the Company immediately.
3. Members must always act in good faith to promote the interests of the Company and other members and ensure that the Company is not disadvantaged, such as providing false information.
4. Members shall not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, use for CI, BI, or provide information obtained through the service to third parties without the prior consent of the Company.
5. Members shall not misuse other members’ IDs.
6. Members shall not engage in acts that damage the reputation of others, infringe on intellectual property rights, etc.
7. Members shall not engage in hacking or distributing computer malware.
8. Members shall not engage in any acts that may interfere with the stable operation of the service, such as providing false information when applying for or changing the service.
9. Members shall not engage in criminal acts or acts related to other criminal acts.
10. Members shall not use the service for profit without the Company’s consent and shall not engage in acts that violate related laws and regulations or regulations set by the Company.
11. Members shall not engage in acts that undermine public morals or other social orders.
12. Members must comply with this agreement and relevant laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Change of Member Information)
1. Members must directly modify their personal information online if there are any changes in the initial personal information or any changes subsequently. If they fail to do so, the Company shall not be responsible for any disadvantages that may arise. .
2. Modifications to personal information pursuant to paragraph 1 shall generally be made online, but in unavoidable cases, other methods such as telephone may be used.

Article 8 (Collection of Liquidated Damages)
The Company may collect liquidated damages from members who have breached the agreement.

Article 9 (Withdrawal and Qualification Restriction)
1. If a member wishes to withdraw, they must apply for withdrawal online, and the Company will process the withdrawal request received normally.
2. The Company may revoke or temporarily suspend a member’s qualification without prior notice if the member has engaged in the following acts:
① Providing information for the purpose of undermining national or public interests
② Providing false information
③ Impersonating another person’s membership ID or password
④ Damaging the reputation or causing harm to another member
⑤ Hindering the healthy use of the service
⑥ No usage record for one year
⑦ Other violations of related laws and regulations or the usage agreement set by the Company.

Article 10 (Advertisement Posting)
The Company may post advertisements on service screens, websites, emails, etc., related to the operation of the service, and members who wish to use the Company’s service are deemed to agree to these advertisements being posted.

Article 11 (Jurisdiction)
In the event of a legal dispute arising from the use of the service, the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction, and Korean law shall apply.

Supplementary Provisions
This agreement shall be effective from November 20, 2023.
