Age: 8 to 75 years old (However, even if you are over 75 years old, you can participate considering your health condition.)

※ However, participation is possible with a guardian (Guardian conditions: over 21 years old).

Water Play Safety Rules:
※ Remember before water play!
- Access to danger zones and prohibited areas is strictly prohibited.
- Preparatory exercise is essential.
- Refrain from eating 1 hour before swimming.
- Beware of waves, nighttime swimming, and swimming under the influence of alcohol.
- For children, wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and they must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
- Notification up to 3 days before the trip (3): Full refund
- Notification up to 2 days before the trip (2): 50% deduction from the payment amount (excluding weekends and holidays)
- On the day of the trip (1same day): Cancellation/refund not available
⚠️Precautions⚠️
- To prevent injuries during marine sports, we recommend wearing protective footwear such as slippers or aqua shoes. Accidents caused by not wearing a life jacket are the responsibility of the user, so please strictly adhere to safety rules and precautions.
- Please do not venture outside the permitted marine area (Swimming Zone).
- Upon entry to Managaha Island, no external food (water, beverages, lunchboxes, etc.) or external equipment (personal equipment and equipment rented outside the island) is allowed.
- In case of event cancellation due to force majeure, a full refund will be processed.
- No changes or refunds are allowed for no-shows or late arrivals.
- We are not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by customer carelessness, so please be cautious of various safety accidents.
- We recommend travelers to have travel insurance in case of emergencies during overseas travel.
