- Ferry: Round-trip ferry service to safely transport you to Managaha Island with Mariana Global Ferry

How to Use

Meeting Point: Hotel Lobby
Pickup Time: Meeting times vary by hotel. Please refer to the table below.
* Pick-up/drop-off is conducted at major hotels, and if you are staying at a non-designated hotel, please move to the nearest major hotel yourself.
* Please wait in the hotel lobby until 10 minutes before the meeting time.
* Follow the instructions of the respective travel agency if they provide hotel pick-up.

Usage Guide
: STEP 01
Board the bus at the hotel lobby entrance.
STEP 02
Transfer to Managaha Island Ferry Terminal and get off the bus
STEP 03
Board Mariana Global Ferry and travel to Managaha Island (Approximately 15-20 minutes)
*Upon boarding, please confirm the reservation in advance through email/text.
STEP 04
Arrive at Pier and disembark
(* Payment of entry fees, etc., will be handled collectively by our company upon disembarkation.)
STEP 05
Move to the Reception (* Detailed guidance and various services are available for purchase.)
STEP 06
Reserve the departure time
STEP 07
Board the departing ferry and move to Managaha Island Ferry Terminal
STEP 08
Return to the hotel by bus shuttle
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
- Notification up to 3 days before the trip (3): Full refund
- Notification up to 2 days before the trip (2): 50% deduction from the payment amount (excluding weekends and holidays)
- On the day of the trip (1same day): Cancellation/refund not available

- Upon entry, no external food (water, beverages, lunchboxes, etc.) or external equipment (personal equipment and equipment rented outside the island) is allowed.
- In case of event cancellation due to force majeure, a full refund will be processed.
- No changes or refunds are allowed for no-shows or late arrivals.
- We are not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by customer carelessness, so please be cautious of various safety accidents.
- We recommend travelers to have travel insurance in case of emergencies during overseas travel.
